The meet location is very simple.  Follow these instruction and finding us will be a breeze.   

1. Exit the cruise ship terminal, outside the gated area

2. On the Public Sidewalk, look for a representative holding a sign "HUGO TOURS"

3. Call 506-898-1290 if you have any issues 

The tour time varies based on what time the ship enters our port.  

1.  Tour time is 1 hour after the ship docks.  The earliest tour is at 9am.  We have one general tour per day.

Here are a few example, if the ship docks at 5am, the tour time is 9am, if the ship arrives at 8am, the tour time is 9am.  If the ship docks at 10am, the tour time is 11am.

We are happy to cancel your booking.  Here are conditions that warrant a full refund.  So please do not book if you are unsure.  Thank you very mich

1. provide at least 40 days cancellation notice

2. If your ship does not make it to our port.

3. We reserve the right to provide a full refund for compassionate or reasonable grounds.  Please be prepared to provide proof.
